Filling of various ROC forms, Annual returns, Company and LLP incorporation. International Taxation, Transfer pricing.
Audit- GST Audits, Statutory Audit and Tax Audit, PSU Audit, Trust Audit, Bank Audit, Internal Audit, and other Audits of companies and LLPs (mostly outstation audits) ROC Compliance.
Qualified CA with minimum 2-3 years experience preferred.
Immediate Joiner Preferred.
