Be willing to learn and comfortably work in a fast-paced, start-up, entrepreneurial environment. Article Trainees will be required to deal with clients directly and handle all the related compliances (Company Incorporation, Audit, tax compliances, Legal replies, consultancy etc.).
Each article will get exposure in all the departments on a fixed period basis during his 3 year tenure of articleship. Articles will also get wide exposure in GST and other taxation related matters.
There will be yearly appraisals for the articles based on their performance and client annual review. They will also be required to assist in implementing and automating tax compliances for the organisation.
