- Efficient in legal drafting, Good Interpretation, Communication and Analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Managing and Supervising the designated team members in all GST compliances viz. filing of GSTR-1, GSTR 3B, GSTR-4, GSTR-6, GSTR-8, ITC-04, Reconciliations, Refund and coordination with various stakeholders.
- Review, compilation and finalisation of GST annual returns in form GSTR-9 and GSTR -9C
- Compiling, drafting and responding to the department notices, Appearing before authority and co-ordinating between client and Department.
- Identification of Compliance Risk and suggestion for process improvements and systems changes to enable improved, effective compliance reporting. Should be responsible to analyze any legislative changes which have a bearing on the overall process and compliances.
- Remaining available as a contact person for external stakeholders and for Liaising information with the Revenue authorities, support Tax advisors in responding to notices and appeal documents.
