Business Finance Manager/Cost Controller/MIS



3 to 7 years of relevant experience 
Should have a university degree 
Post degree qualification like CA, cost accountant or part qualified CA will be preferred 
Experience in Cost control and Regional Accounts in IT and FMS business will be an added advantage 
Should be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work with cross functional teams nationally and internationally
Good Communication skills 
Pro-active, self-starter and self-driven candidate would be required to fit the profile

Job Description
1. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
2. Manage outsourced functions
3. Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
1. Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
2. Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable
3. Ensure that all the cost spent are related to revenue generation and proper utilisation of resources.
4. Check payroll in a timely manner
5. Validate and approve all payments before it is incurred and paid up
6. Take control of Branch Exps through Branch Accounts and Regional Accounts
7. Regional Audit
1. Analyse the complete financial statements and ensure the exps are within budget and revenue achieved
3. Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
4. Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
5. Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
6. Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
7. Provide for a system of management cost reports
8. Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
1. Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit

5) ERP Experience 
ERP Experience will be an added advantage and knowledge of any ERP financial module in an FMS/IT IMS business would be an enabler
