For Accounts Paduka and tulsian is best

For law G.k kapoor is good &

for Audit I have used module only, you will not face problem in Audit if you go to  articleship regularly as you said because many practical question are asked

It is better to buy Compiler or Scanner so that you can know what type of question are asked

THEIR ARE STILL A WHOLE LOT OF TIME LEFT FOR U TO DO THE PREPARATIONS........ THEIR'S ABSOLUTLY AMPLE TIME LEFT................THE BOOKS MENTIONED BY U IS SUFFICIENT.....BUT DON'T FORGET TO BUY INSTITUTE COMPILATIONS TOO.......................REST TRY HARD. U SAID U ATTENDED TRAINING REGULARLY, I THINK THERE IS NOTHING MORE NEEDED.................

 well my exams r also due in May2010 and am planning to give both the groups and i haven't studied anything yet!

will start coaching frm next month!

U shd prepare for both grps n  u can do it with urself. just belive in urself

6 mths is sufficient to study 1 group...

just plan ur studies well... see if you can get leave from articleship as early as possible..

dont refer too many books now... study from the books you have..

try to score as much as you can in accounts.. it will help in aggregate

i wud suggest you to also attempt the 2nd group.. but concentrate more on 1st group.. it will give you experience in future attempts... aur naseeb aacha hua to exemption mil sakta hai kisi subject me.. ya group bhi clear ho sakta hai..

one thing 2 suggest u dat since u hv nt taken ne coaching the best book available for u 2 study is I.C.A.I modules. Modules will nt only help u 2 complete the syllabus in time but also boost ur confidence plus 1ce u hv completed studying modules

go for compilations dey will help u 2 get a knowledge of past questions and in last 15-20dayz jus go thru suggested of 3-4 attempts n try solving them at first u will feel lyk mujhe kuch yaad nahi aa raha but in xams sab yaad aata hai jus do hardwork baki bhagwan sambal lega dont worry jus b positive all d best

for accounts, B. M. Agarwal's book is good.. & for rest subject, Paduka is enough...& read institute's material as well....

ample time to study if u are serious in taking only one group .the books you have  mentioned is sufficient but in additions get compilers .if possible try to make both groups .Hard work can move mountains

for self study of course p.c.tulsian is best one,for law I would suggest u Munish Bhandari's handbook alongwith compilers it is in concise form n covers the syllabus,for audit of course module is good bt too lenghty n not gvng a flow,i.e. y I prfr v.k.agrawal,specially go thorough study of standards n CARO...inspite of all tht proper schedule wiil  b helpful..ALL THE BEST...:-)

6 months are more than enough for the preparations of both the groups .... as u are goin to appear in only one group so u are having more than enough time to prepare for that .. my attempt will also be on may, 2010 and i will give both groups thats for sure and maine bhi koi jayada preparations nhn kari hai .. jitni bhi kari hai na ke barabar hi hai ..........

DAMN EASY.....U NEED TO HAVE SELF CONFIDENCE FIRST,THEN IF U R AVG LEVEL INTELLIGENT STUDENT,TATS MORE THAN NUF......FOLLOW ICAI MODULE FOR ACCS,PADHUKA FOR AUDIT N LAW......STUDY DAILY FOR 5/6 HRS,ONCE U GET EXAM LEAVE,MAXIMISE AS MUCH AS U CAN.......U R GIVING NLY 1 GRP......BETTER GIV BOTH.....6M IS MORE THAN NUF FOR 2 GRPS...BUT ITS UR WISH...I STUDIED FROM ICAI MODULE N PASSED BY STUDYING IT FOR 4M.....MANY SAY,ITS BAD,BUT I WILL GIV 8/10 TO IT.....FOR SELF STUDY ITS GOOD.....AND ONE THING,U SHUDNT BOTHER IF U R FROM RURAL/METRO.....ONLY ATTITUDE N CONFIDENCE MATTERS.....GO AHEAD..BEST OF LUK.....

 You should go for both groups. Time is sufficient.
