XML Schema is Invalid

The XML Schema is invalid. Please upload the XML in the correct schema.
At Line Number 1 : Invalid Contents was found starting with elements 'Form_ITR4S'. I get this error While verify it return by using dsc.How to solve this error?

First check whether u have registered dsc on your it portal. Following it u have to attach dsc to your X M L using dsc utility software and then upload the X M L.

I registered dsc with IT Portal and I have received messages of successful registered.
and also try from utility.
