Xbrl validation error

Dear All,

I am finding errors while validating my XBRL file how to solve this can I be guided please

 [Warning] Element 'DisclosureInBoardOfDirectorsReportExplanatory' the contained HTML has the following errors: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'h2'. One of '{{https://www.mca.gov.in/XBRL/HTML}genericElement}' is expected.

What the above error is trying to convey
