Dear friends,
We have a listed NBFC company.
For the annual filing we should go for xbrl filing or normal filing because of NBFC is exempted....
please suggest its very urgent....

In my opinion, Vide Companies (Filing of documents and forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Rules, 2011, notified vide 748E dated 05.10.2011,
NBFC are exempted from filing in XBRL mode but still if you have doubt on safer side continue with XBRL filing
