One person is whole time director of an unlisted public ltd company. Now as per Companies Act, he wants also to be appointed as CFO of the Company. Is it possible?
If yes what are the steps to be taken for his appointment as CFO

According to me intention of Sec.203(1) is to mandate appointment of 3 different individuals for 3 different posts as mentioned in (i) to (iii) therein.
BUt it is not clear.
