Wtd agreement

A WTD was appointed with prescribed salary in board as well general meeting. after a long gap received MCA's approval with certain changes in amount.

An agreement was executed after appointment.

now due to the changes suggested by MCA - amendments in the agreement wil be incorporated with date and will be signed by parties to the original agreement.

is this right? some other course of action is required.
