Wrongly refund claimed
hello i have wrongly claimed refund by filling IT return and amount also duly credited but i want to return this amount to govt so how can i do that ?

Okay I will revise the return but how can I pay back the amount to govt... Procedure?
Go to this link https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp and fill form no. 280

My client recd. excess tds wrongly claimed amount recd.
Now repay to govt. how to pay and which head payment challan (e.g) self asst. tax or Regular asst. tax
