Wrongful reporting in CIBIL

If a bank has wrongly reported a Company to CIBIL (reported as overdue even after NOC has been received from the bank for the said loan), is there a way to take a legal action against the bank? Or can RBI be approached to report the said bank?

Quick Summary
If a bank has incorrectly reported your company as overdue to CIBIL, even after you've received a No Objection Certificate (NOC), you may have options. While CIBIL updates can take time, you can log in to CIBIL to check and report inaccuracies. If the issue persists, consider approaching the RBI or exploring legal action against the bank for wrongful reporting.

Generally updation takes time .It may not happen immediately
It's a simple issue log into cibil. Update details report will automatically get updated.
