I hahe filed dvat return for the month Dec 2008 but period mentioned by mistake 01.02.2005 to 29.02.2005 instead of 01.12.2008 to 31.12.2008. what should I do now & what are the remadies of that. please confirm me about the panelties, if any.

Please note that the mistake is a clerical one. You can either write a letter informing the mistake or revise the return.
