Wrong pan no. showing in website

Hi Dears,

I hav a Client who was filing manually ITR till now,but when i trying to create id on income tax website for e-filing,her PAN No.was found Different from the Pan originally alloted from the department,through which she filed returns till now manually,

Plz help me how to get original PAN no. on website of income tax,Its urgent,u all know its september,please consider.
