I have the liability of cgst and sgst 40000 each but I wrongly paid igst 40000. I have no interstate sale till date. Can I get the refund of the said IGST paid by me wrongly if I apply for such refund .
Or any other solution of the said problem.

You need to pay csgt and sgst now. and for igst you can claim refund

Yes... You can claim refund for the amount if balance in Cash Ledger...

If this 40000 is still in your cash register and you have not filed your 3B, you can adjust the same with your cgst liability.
