in a gst invoice, recipient name , gstin and postal code(PIN) is correctly mentioned but city name is mentioned wrong.
will it affect the Input Gst Credit.?

No, I don't think this would affect ITC. Just ensure that the GSTIN of the recipient is correct.
If gstin is correct then you are egible for itc
Yes you are eligible correct
No it would not affect ITC
