We made tds payment same amt in each 4 quarterly. We lost the challan copy, so in tds return we quoted wrong cheque number in each return. Its valid return? & party will get tds credit?

Yes, Party will get the credit on the basis of Challan Serial Number and PAN.
You can get the cheque no from the List maintained in the cheque book.

u can get real cheque no from Cheque folio. and den u can revise ur return as well.

If you have paid the tds online, cheque number is not relevant.

You can get Cheque no. from Bank Statement

there will be no problem in tds credit bcoz it is pan based system...
