If you pic a question then you can write its subquestions in any order. It need not be chronological.

Example : If you pic Q2 then you can write a or b or c or d in any order.
Yes you can write subquestions in any order but all main question should be at one place

Even main question can be written in any order. But, all subquestions in one place. Example, starting with Q1, (a)(c)(d)(b) and then Q6, (b)(c)(d)(a). The question numbering must be very clear. Presenting every sub question in a new page would be good.
agreed with above
yes u can write sub questions of a question in any order but should be at one place only nd u May attempt the questions in any order
