1. A company has given works contract worth of Rs. 30 lakhs to sub-contractor who is TOT dealer.  Let me know the modus operdi?

2.  Can TOT dealer be called as registered dealer under APVAT Act?  If not what is his position under whcih Act. The answer shall be given keeping in view of section 4(7)(h) of APVAT Act, 2005

3.  If Section 4(7)(h) follows then is it not double taxation on the part of Main contractor.
