Applicability of the said tax & illustrate on the computation of the same.

work contract there is equal importance of goods and services then only applied works contract.
u refer works contrac in service tax and VAT act
I have a copy of PPT under Works Contract Service of Service Tax,may be useful.
I do not have under VAt Act.
