We are dealers for airconditioners in telangana state. We had taken an order from Bank for supply of air conditioners ( EQUIPMENT ) and we have to install and commissioning of airconditioners and to do copper piping. Inthis case how to raise invoices for the equpment and other works and how much VAT AND SERVICE tax to be paid. We are VAT DEALERS WITH SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION, Do we have to register with SALES TAX dept for works contract. ? IS THIS TYPE OF ORDERS FALLS UNDER WORKS CONTRACT ? OR can we raise separate invoices with 14.5 % VAT and 15% SERVICE TAX ? pl advise.
