Yah! There is a technology by which you can control others computer. For example you can delete some files of yours friends Laptop by another PC or laptop, from anywhere.

its possible if internet is there on both PCs
1. download teamviewer software on both PCs
2. click Teamviewer icon 1 by 1 on both PCs
3. nw give password to other PC operator
4. Operator can access through that password
5. remember password will be change each time u click TV icon
