Wooden craft, cement sculpture, hand painting are GST exempted?

Are wooden craft, cement sculpting, hand made painting predominantly made by hand though some machine may be used, all to be sold online are exempted from GST? Or do I need to have GSTIN for selling these online in amazon, flipkart etc?
