Dear All,
A Private limited company listed it is debenture in BSE.
Is it require to appoint a women director as per section 149 of CA 2013 before 31st March coz it says every listed company need to be appoint a women director before 31st March 2015.
Plz can anyone help me in this regard.

yes company has fallen under section 2(52).
It has issued Debentures under section 42 thruogh private placement offer letter and such securites listed in BSE.
