If a student gets 399, he is declared as failed.
But till date 30 Mark questions were set out of syllabus:
SFM = 12
Corporate & Allied Laws = 18

dont expect anything fair from institute

yes they do
they do not declare it publically
but as they clarified this thing in a seminar on HOW TO PREPARE FOR EXAMINATIONS
they clarified if anything comes out of syllabus they award equal marks to all student!!
say for example question comes for 10 marks
then as per the trend and situation if they think necessary they will award each of the student who has attepmted the question 5 marks
attempting the question is a must
ADD 12 MARKS MORE FOR NEW SYLLABUS AND 14 MARKS FOR OLD SYLLABUS....
