Will i ever get a good job?

Hi shruti.. You have given your second grp in Nov 13.. I wish you all the best that you become CA in this attempt.. And if you are thinking of joining a firm... my suggestion would be.. now at this stage .. before joining any CA firm.. wait till your results.. God forbid but if you couldnt clear ur second grp.. then get back to studies.. DO NOT JOIN ANY CA FIRM.. First clear your papers .. then be sure for one thing.. after clearing all papers it will not take very long time to learn all the work.. (Well i mean atleast 10 to 12 months).. But good thing is you will not have any pressure of papers.. and dont bother about what after this.. keep on searching for jobs.. your degree and your exposure will definetly get you a good job.. And Regarding that being a Girl and marriage thing.. i have no clue what to say..... but all i can say you have done a mistake once.. not focussing on right things.. and now you are seeing the results.. so take the lesson.. and never do this mistake again in your life ever... in anything. All the Best..

Making attempts are very common in this Course. I hope u know very well. I jonined the CA course in 2000 & completed my CA Articleship in 2003. During Articleship Training Period i didn't clear any Exam (Inter or Final). After that also with confidence level i tried to clear PE-II. At last i cleared my PE-II in May'2007. And cleared my CA-Final First Group in Nov'2010. Now i have appeared for Final Second Group in Nov'2013 and waiting for the Results. I cleared all EXAMS (PE-II and Final One Group) when i was working. For clearing Final Second Group i resigned my Jobs and wrote the Exams. Pl think in a positive manner u will have WAY for everything.

There is a SUCCESS story behind very one.

Hi shruti I appreciate ur honesty It happenes in many CA students life so dont ever think that its only u who r suffrng har koi 21 22ki age me CA nahi ban sakta Infact u r lucky k tumhara 25ki age me final ka ek group clear hai n tum job na bhi karo to bhi financialy tumhe koi fark ni pad raha i have seen many people jinhe financial problems hote h us waja se job krni padti hai n kafi kum time unko padhne k liye mil pata hai Right now if u think u will not clear exam of nov 2013 just start preparing for may 2014 Dont join any job Pura time achhe se padho coz agar job join kia to aapko padhne k liye kum time milega Ur 1st target should be to clear exam coz agar aapki shadi ho jati hai to aapki responsibilities badh jayegi isliye abi aapko bas aap kese exam jaldi clear karna hai n padhai isi pe concentrate krna hai Ekbar aap pass ho gye to jab aap job karoge waha training bhi rehti hai aap wo training seriously karo Books news paper padho n khud ko ammended rakho to sab thik ho jayega KUCH KIYE BINA HI JAY JAY KAR NAHI HOTI KOSHISH KARNE WALO KI KABHI HAR NAHI HOTI

Just because something isn't happening for you right now doesnt mean it never happen....

Dont Worry dear Every thing wil be Fine just have faith in god....evrything happens for a reason.....its is better u keep on upadting your knowledge .......In long run your attempts for exam not at all matters.....

marriage will not restriant your goal THink about positive side you have no responsibility  to earn just be happy ...... keep smiling

Sister i dint understand why you've lost confidence.. Cause you only told you could clear pcc without even attending coaching..!! You wouldn't have cleared your 1st group of finals if you hadn't understood what our,honorable institute expects from it's dignified members..it's just one more step now left to livethe life you had dreamt of living, sacrificed many enjoyments, lost lot of nights sleep for it, fought hard for it.just some mistakes, how come making you leave that dream itself.?! Besides you mayn't even need to write exams again cause you're not sure whether you'd fail this time, in this attempt are you..?? After all, these qualifications are made by us how can they be tougher than our will and wits..?! It doesn't matter how many times were you failed but it does, where you had wisdom when you passed, were you able to help someone with that certificate.. Isn't it. ?! You can practice if wish..Many great employers of the world like gates are dropped out of universities isn't it..?! But you'll be the member of one of the intelligent communities of the world sooo it will be little tougher for you till you understand the mechanism of it..noo..! Age never matters if one has that spirit inside in him to achieve somethingi think..I feel you can do it..you're intelligent, you've learnt already from your mistakes..If you leave now at this last moment won't your whole efforts until today go waste..?! Besides when in the future on some fine morning, you think of it, you might feel you could've done it, you might even feel like trying for it again..but then, again the situation may be different, you may be a wife, or a mother or bearing some other responsibilities..!! Please leave of pursuing some other qualifications theynever be equally giving the happiness you get when you pursue this long struggled dream of yours.. If you really aren't sure about clearing this time itself you can start study from now itself naaa..!! You'll surely pass next time then..!! i believe in your capabilities..Just one more time..you can do it..!! Think about it please..

My friend, 

consider urself lucky by looking at the people who had to struggle & face a lot! consider me as ur friend, n belive me ,if u can take something out of my own experience!! I am from PE-2 background! bright & sharp student in school, but perform miserably in CA exams, Cleared My PE-1 in 2nd attempt in November-2003 ( i Lost In 1st Attempt just by 7 marks in may-2003, I scored 193 marks then wheras passing needed 200, went on for PE-2 after 1.5 years in may -2005 (coz i never knew about provisional Registration) failed,

 november-2005:- failed again, 

may 2006-cleared 1st group (in legally 4th attempt jsut at boundry i.e. 150marks!) 

nov-06 cleared 2nd group(at 5th attempt) at that tym CPT was introduced n its passing result was 70% around!!

 so I had to start my articleship at the age of 22 in month of feb 2007,whereas CPT lot started it merely as 17-18years! Alothough i Dont blame the system or CPT passout juniors, but honi ko kaun taal sakta hai??? U might have seen that all the firms in main cities were full for articleship due to higher passing CPT result, n i had to settle down with very small, mediocre firm due  to no vacancy situation!!!!

  i completed articleship, & appeared for my 1st attempt of final at the age of nearly 25 years in may-2009 ,

 lost 1st grup by 9 marks, 

re-appeared nov-09 lost it by 7 marks( scored 193 marks), 

appeared again in may 10 scored 370 marks( lost 1st by 12, & 2nd by 18marks, 1st grup 188 & 2nd 182),

 apeared nov 10; 368 marks( lost 1st by 11 marks & 2nd group scored 179)by this time i started doubting on myself & my capabilities, exactly the way  u r doing 2 urself rt now!! ( although major reason for my naroow failure was the result supressing strategy of the institute 4which u can see the results of period 2009 & 2010, they are amongst all time low results of the institute!!!) 

 

COmpletly lost like you, i appeared in may 2011 just4time pass, N u4urself can expect what would have happned then!! it was very good result where almost all of my stuck up freinds cleared n became chartereds! How fool i was,i had nobody to blame but myself for all this mess! what would have happned if i would have prepared well like my previous attempts!!     

 

WAIT!!!!! the story doesnt end here!! coz i got a e clerical level psu- divisional accountant job in july -11( but when results came out, i decided to appear ca final whole heartedly again!) I used to study at evening at morninng for 6-7 hrs daily, along with my hectic job!! n was given leave of around 20 days( including exam days) for nov-11 attempt,but i had only 1thing in mind, "kuchh bhi karke clear karna hai", i appeared & scored 220MARKS & CLEARED 1ST Group in 5TH ATTEMPT!! I decided to keep studiying 4other grup along with my Hectic 12hr job!!! I  studied for 20-25days & Appeared again in May12 & Scored 192marks!! hopes were feding & workload started increasing in job too!! i absconded from office for 35-40days, studied harder & appeared for my 8th attempt of ca final Nov-12 at the age of 28, n i SCored 183 marks! what a MESS!!!! i came to know my govt job is a barrier between me n my CA degree, SO at the age of 28 i decided to quit job by paying 100000Rs as bond amount for quitting the job b4 three years! i quit it in Feb13, came back to nagpur, STudied whole heartedly for 2.5months & FINALLY in MAY-13, in my 9th  attempt i CLEARED FINAL scoring 207 Marks, I BEcame chartered Finally!!

 

 

STILL Wait!! struggle doesnt end here, after qutting 3.6lacs PA govt job, u no how much i m getting??? merely 18000Rs PM, & Still Searching for a Job!!

 

also to add in this, my personal lyf was also affected during aboveperiod! Because of struggle & mediocre financial condition i always had to suppress my feelings for som1 whom i always liked!! 4saal chooti thi wo mujhse! shayad tumhari umar ki! socha tha CA ban jaunga, kuch kamaunga, fir usse puchhunga! shayad use bhi kuch kuch idea tha, U no what hppned? she gont married in feb-13, bcoz i never had courage to tel her & my struggle was unending!!!

 

STory yaha bhi khatam nahi hoti!!! kya mera struggle yahi khatam hua???? nahi; its still going on, 1asha ki kiran dikhi, Last week i got a call from ICICI bank for 5.5lacs PA as credit manager- Nasik(  bodhele nagar branch), at least hope karta hu ke ab kuchh achha hona shuru ho!!!!

 

 

 

Y i typed such a long story?? just becoz i m seeing u exactly where i stood just before may-2011 exams, lost my 2precious years bcoz of my own foolishness, please!!!! life is precious, n dont consider urself a looser!!! u are not a looser if you failed in this attempt, but u will definitely be, if u stop trying after reaching this much long!! n rahi job ki baat, wo bhi der saver achha ml hi jata hai yaar, forever u wont be in mediocare job, afterall u r CA

Hi There This is what so many of us gone/going trough or came out If u wanna come out of this the simple solution is sit and study. Better remove ur facebook before exams..Throw evrything out except books.. keep ur self occupied without thinking toomuch about result. I know you would have put a loy of efforts to study. Just hold it dont throw it away at this stage when u are about to enjoy fruits of ur efforts And one more thing..dont worry about jobs. There is requirement for talent all the time.. Just keep in mind ..If you are not getting this something better is waiting for u.. All the best!!
