The Council at its 296th meeting held on 29th, 30th June, and 1st July, 2010, while considering an issue raised by CA. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal under Item No.2, “Matters of General Interest to the Profession”, decided to constitute a Group under the convenorship of CA. Nilesh Vikamsey, to examine the matter of development of an alternative dispute resolution mechanism (Arbitrator) for dealing with disputes of (i) Member vis-à-vis Member; and (ii) Member vis-à-vis Student and bringing the same back to the Council with its recommendations thereon. The President was authorised to nominate the other members of the Group. Pursuant to the above authority, the President has constituted the Group with the following members:- * CA. Nilesh Vikamsey - Convenor * CA. Rajkumar S. Adukia, Member * CA. S. Santhanakrishnan, Member * CA. Abhijit Bandyopadhyay, Member * CA. Vijay Garg, Member * CA. Pankaj Tyagee, Member Shri V. Sagar, Joint Secretary (NRO) would act as the Secretary to the said Group. (T. Karthikeyan) Secretary

Guys and gals, do you think the GROUP will IMPART JUSTICE TO STUDENTS IN CASE OF DISPUTE BETWEEN STUDENTS and CAs.If you see the members of the group; all are CAs.Obviously, common logic will say that students ko yeh log ginenge bhi nahi.I dunno why this new nautanki? Maybe the jhatkas that govt is giving icai by making NACAS more powerful and making law that forces auditors to compensate for corporate frauds; has unnerved their friend. LOL.
Waise bhi; this looks same as the constitution of CA students' asso. Just for namesake.
Plzzzzzzzz give ur opinions.

We ,students, are considered as free, bonded labourers whereas CAs vote them to power;pay membership fees; rest is up to ur intellect!

I would like to add in this also,

" CA article training system have no protection to avoid the dicremination of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities students, most of the Practising CA's are belongs to higher castes and there may be chances of discremination with these catogories".

I am raising this issue with OBC front in next meeting and hopefully other fronts SC/ST/Minorities will also discuss this issue in there respective front.

I Totally Disagree with Mr rakesh kataria,,dont involve these type of bad politics in this Professional Course..We should encourage equality among all the caste instead dividing the students among different caste..i dont think there is any  discrimination with any of the categories,,,it is the thinking of the people who demand extra weightage to hide their inefficiency..

Dear Kundan

I am not dividing India,This country was divided long back in the history, after independence some sort of measurs provided in the constituation by which concept of equality seems somewhere,

I  knows lot of OBC students who are discreminated as they have no mia-baap in this profession.

Normally CA's allow there own caste students to go early to take classes, but will not allow others espicially OBC's, so OBC sutdents are suffering and taking long time to complete the course due to getting less time for studies.

This course is off course professional course but caste is the reality in this country.
