My father died on 13.12.2024. I have to file the incomes accrued upto that date. How can I file ITR as a representative capacity or legal heir in my father's login.

When a person dies, his / her legal heir can register as legal representative. Copies of the following documents are required to be submitted on the portal:
- PAN card of the deceased
- PAN card of the legal heir
- Death Certificate
- Legal Heir proof
- Order passed in the name of the deceased if applicable
