why should we incorporate a company instead of a firm

Liablity is limited
more money will generate becoz the number of persons will be more.
based on income tax - MD remuneation, Prelimarly exp etc can be cliamed extra.
disadvantages
so many legal formalties
auditing
ROC requirments
comapny law etc
it is based on money and persons involved,
please suggest me if i am wrong.
