why rcm on business expenses

when business expenses is not for furtherance of trade or sale then why there is rcm provision is applicable.

goods purchased for sale from urd is considerable for rcm but expenses is not in my view suits for rcm.
it is part of income tax

purchase sale income expenditure are all parts of income tax issues. The liability of income tax is determined on the basis of all such transaction.
EXPENSES ARE ALSO SUPPLY OF SERVICES OR GOODS. AND ALSO THEY ARE INCURRED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUSINESS. THUS THEY ARE ALSO A SUPPLY IN TERM OF GST AND THUS TAXABLE
