Why RCM Credit claim same month
We have paid GST under RCM for July.2017 month on 02.08.2017 and wanted to utilize cenvat credit of same. Can we utilize Cenvat credit under RCM of July.17 month against Aug.17 month or we have to wait for Aug.17 month.Please give expect ruling on same.

we can utilize the same against the July liability as there is no mention in the law that cenvat can be utilize which is availed at the month end like wise in service tax. however same should be paid before filing of gstr 2( purchase detail).
