Why icai is doing such a good results any specific reason??

whats thr to be a good result....its a criteria, students pass because they prepared well and thus students create their own result collectively maybe good result.

And in no way such criteria should be changed, questions asked could be more difficult but that would hardly affect result as the level of difficulty will increase for all....and that would become more of an unfair thing, if one is good enough to becoome CA then he should be good enough to get into his desired job, no. of passouts or the result has nothing to do with CAs not getting employment, if that is your concern like it was in previous other similar posts i read.

here, every one have problems with icai,

Student, who fails- blame icai

Student, who passed- blame icai

student , who is not doing CA- blame icai

CA not getting job- blame icai

no client in pratice- blame icai

aur icai maze le raha hai...............................

hello everyone... I got one of the reason from a senior member of council...

During economic boom i guess 4 years before...the number of Chartered were much required as compared to the supply in the market at that time. So Govt of India threatened ICAI either to increase the flow otherwise it will give powers of CA's to other professional also like CWA and CS.

So for the sake of not loosing its power to others ICAI decided to relaxe the passing limit in each attempt but UNFORTUNATELY economy met with economic turndown and no. of CA's not required that much.

But ICAI cant change its pattern overnight( as it is answerable to all and even more after RTI). 

So it will change the passing percentage gradually....

i want to know if ICAI is passing very yoing student between age 21 to 25 from last few attempts.I have joned ca in 2003 as PE-II exam . i had six attempt for it finally i passed .but in my initial attempts i used to fail only for 2 TO 5 deficiency. 

Even now i m final year student i have only 3 papers to clear but in nov 2012 i failed only by 5 marks.

once we are older in age does ICAI reluctant to pass such old student .

Only freshers in age group 21 to 25 are passing.

In my office i get humiliating treatment bcoz of this
