who will sign ma Examination Form

it should be signed by present employer, if u not joined the new employer the it should be signed by preevious employer.

It is Present employer but please clarify from ICAI regarding the portion of work you have done under your previous employer,whether a seperate form has to be attached with signature for the same.

Don't panic Shivanand. Examination form can be signed by any chartered accountant who is holding Certificate of Practice. Its not necessary that the examination form signed by the present or past employer. ok

IF U R IN TRAINING THEN IT MUST BE SIGNED BY U R EMPLOYER

EXAMINATION FORM SHALL BE SIGNED BY THE EMPLOYER UNDER WHOM U R REGISTERED AND NOT BY THE EMPLOYER UNDER WHOM U R WORKING.......MAIN EMPLOYER DO NOT CHANGE BY SECONDMENT.

Any CA can sign Examination form!!!........

though it is compulsory tht examination form must be signed by our present employer but in my case..my examination form was signed by the staff of praveen sharma sir..with sharma sir's seal twice...nobody checks in the institute who has signed form...if u wanna confirm then call on their examination cell number..and say 'sir my CA is  a proprietor and  he is out of India..and will come back in april...can any other CA sign my exam form'
