Who will claim ITC?
I have received a tax invoice from service provider but the service is provided to my other branch. Now my question is who will claim the ITC , is it the party whose name the tax invoice is issued or is it the actual receipient of the service i.e. branch office?

same state . no problem as one gst number.
diff state then where inv rec.

branch office has its own GSTN.
the person who has received invoice should claim the credit and it should further raise an invoice so that branch can take credit of the same
