No. Refer ICAI's notification for the applicable amendments if any.

For May and Nov 2012 examinations, Finance 2011 would be applicable.
ICAI Funda: May and Nov 2012 are covered by AY 2012-13 and FY 2011- 12 whereby Finance Act 2011 is applicable.
