ITR 3 income from business or profession
if no books are maintained, then ITR-4 can be filed by showing revenue not less than 50% of the sales and other details would be required.

File ITR-4 and claim minimum 50% as professional income out of total receipts.

If amount is not high then show it under Income from other sources. Claim TDS 194J in TDS schedule. File ITR1
