Hi Friends,
Kindly inform me that which itr form should i use for assessee who is registered educational society under societies registeration act 1860 and seek exemption u/s 10(23C)(iiiad). I think i should use ITR V because such societies does not fall under section 139 (4A) or 4B or 4C or 4D. Kindly enlighten my thoughts.

ITR 7is the correct form. It should be filed in paper form only and all the enclosures are compulsory i.e you have to attach to the return of income (1) Computation Statement (2) Audited Balance Sheet with all schedules (3) Audited Income and Expenditure Account with all Schedules(4) Audit Report (5) a declarations u/s 11(5) and u/s 13(1)(c) and other relevant statements, copies of accounts, documents etc.,
