27 June 2009i am a ration shop dealer. i use to deposit some lumpsum amt with govt for getting ration. it is a govt contract for 1 year.
the ration i use to get is at very low cost as govt declares from timr to time.
at the same time i will sell them to particular kind of people who holds ration cards at a price as govt declares.
NOW THE PROBLEM IS
" WHICH ITR FORM SHOUD I FILL FOR SUBMITING MY RETURNS"?

From the given situation, I think that you have to file ITR-4 which is required to be filed by "Persons having Income from Business or Profession".
You are running Ration Shop which is your business & hence you file ITR-4.
( Note - If any EXPERT has different opinion, let ME also know whether I am right or wrong ? )
