Padhuka is also a reference book.Bt also go through Pracice manual,RTP...
I would Suggest Dinesh Madan for ITSM..
However, Paduka is good too as Bhavin ji said....
Most of the question especially in IT came from Practice manuals in last 4 terms...
Hey, In my opinion.Institiute Study Material+Practice Manual+RTP&Suggested answers are more than enough to score good marks. You can use other books for practicing flow charts if required.
