whether to deduct tds on service tax amount also ?
to check threshold limit of 30000 for professional fee whether it is inclusive of service tax or exclusive for deducting tds?

INR 30000 is inclusive of Service tax amount. You need to deduct TDS on whole amount inclusive of service tax if it exceeds INR 30000
