Yes, that arrear will be considered because it was not credited or paid in the earlier year(s).
Rent for land and building, rent per month is around Rs 5000,but arrear amount is more than Rs 200000 as the rent amount was paid less, now calculating exact amount Arrear amount is more than 200000.
