Can any one please tell me whether Surcharge is applicable for the first half year of FINANCIAL YEAR 2009-10. Further, for TDS deduction whether this will make any impact.

AND THE ANSWER IS NO..
HENCE FOR NO PART OF THE FY 2009-10 WILL SURCHARGE BE APPLICABLE
