Please help me out as soon as possible......whether the provisions of section 43A of the companies act i.e., deemed public company is still in force..??

Hi...
No! Section 43A of the Companies Act, 1956 is no more in existence and the concept of Deemed Public Company has been done away with by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000.
