Some of the Income is not fit to 44ad...

TDS Deducted u/s 194J, can i fill return under presumptive section 44ad.

Sec 194J is applicable to Professionals. If your income is under professional then You can file presumptive income as per sec 44ADA

44ADA applies only to profession specified u/s 44AA(1). Other professionals can file u/s 44AD itself. Merely deduction u/s 194J would not mean that the deductee is covered u/s 44AA (1). If really the person is not covered u/s 44AA (1) then he can opt 44AD.

44AD only applicable to eligible Business
