Need to change Email ID

While Creating User at MCA i am received a message that user id already created. So i want to Change the email ID of the director but dir-3 is not yet activated because DIN is allotted last month only. Anyone please suggest me the solution

If your director’s email shows “User ID already created,” you cannot create a new account with the same email unless you reset or release it.

✔ Try “Forgot User ID” → Recover account → Change email

✔ If not possible → Raise MCA Helpdesk Ticket → They will reset/remove old email

✔ Then create new MCA user with correct email

✔ Proceed with DIR-3 KYC after that
