Whether mobile bills can be taken for stax setoff

What r the items which should not be included in stax setoff ?


If  in  month of Apr & May i ve 4gotten to take the stax set off  , can i take that setoff in the month of june ?

Can we take cenvat credit on construction materials like cement and steel during construction.

Buildings are not capital goods with in the meaning of cenvat credit rules, hence excise duty paid on cement and steel cannot be taken as credit, against the final product produced in the building.

Service Tax Setoff is on payment basis, and hence if you had made the payment to said party u can avail the Service Tax set off in Jun.

Rams, Yes you can take the Cenvat credit in June.
