No not required to GST on Nil rated supply (Kindly refer Notification 1/2018 CT)

YES YOU ARE CORRECT , IN NOTIFICATION 1/2018, UNDER CLAUSE (b) its amending only clause (iii) in principal Notification 8/2017 ct, Hence clause (i) is remain same
