I have a doubt
A flat is purchased with 50% share of mother and son
Interest and principal both are paid by son only
Interest amt. 106000 and
Principal amt 40000
Is it necessary yo bifurcat into half even if payment is made by son

Whether interest and principal paid on hag loan to be bifurcated

yes as he can only claim benefit on interest on capital upto his share only.
Both can take interest benefit u/s 24 . (50% each)
