whether input take on RCM
if I pay GST on transportation under RCM @ 5% . then I am eligible for taking Input on this RCM or not.if I pay RCM 18% than eligible for input

Yes you can take ITC without any problems.
RCM paid 5% no ITC
RCM paid 12% with ITC on transportation
not 18%
RCM paid 12% with ITC on transportation

Yes, i also agree, if you are a transporter company, otherwise, if u are a mfr firm, you may avail RCM 5% GTA also.
but you are saying 18% GTA does not fall 18% service.
