Hey, I have charged 3% diff tax and 15% interest p.a. in JULY 2018 for non-submission of C form by a dealer . Will there be any GST chargeable on the interest penalty?.. if Yes what will be the GST rate on the interest penalty?.

C form not related to gst regime. So in my view, I think no gst on interest applicable.
